Biz Markie was hospitalized in April 2020 due to diabetes. He was receiving the best medical care. In December 2020, he was in a rehabilitation center after suffering a heart attack while in a diabetic coma, and he was recovering there.
The rumour of Markie Biz’s death went viral on Twitter 1st July, 2021. Then one of his relatives, Rolling Stone, informed that this was only a rumor. At that time Markie was receiving the best medical treatment from trained professionals.
However, despite receiving the best medical treatment from doctors, he died on 16th July, 2021, at 6:25 p.m. in a Baltimore hospital. He was 57 years old when he passed away.
